For over thirty years, the International Women’s Club of Lugano has been a vibrant community for women from over 35 countries. Whether you are new to Ticino or a long-term resident, our club is your “home away from home”.
We help our fellow members who come to live in this beautiful area to settle in, by providing fun, friendship and support.
We are a non-profit, non-denominational and apolitical association entirely run by volunteers.
WHAT WE OFFER AND DO
CONNECT Build lasting friendships with a diverse group of like-minded women.
DISCOVER Join our monthly keynote speaker meetings and/or explore over 20 interest groups, including hiking, languages, cooking, and cultural tours.
BELONG We welcome all women who communicate in English. Most of our members arrived in Lugano knowing no one and found their “tribe” here.
SUPPORT Every two years the club holds an open call for charity funding.
