DESCRIPTION:We would like to inform you that there is a small group who meet on Thursday afternoons (when possible) to play Mah Jong. \nThis is a game of Chinese origin\, using small engraved tiles\, for tables of three to four players. Mah Jong involves skill\, strategy and calculation as well as a certain degree of chance. \nWe do not play on a regular basis (on account of frequent travel) and games are arranged each time we meet. Room rental is CHF 10.- which is split between the players.\nAny interested members (either beginners or more experienced players) are very welcome to participate and invited to contact us for more information.

She has a background in corporate finance within the fashion industry but in 2016 she chose to go her own way to set up a sustainable business. Since then\, she has been working with a Dutch start-up that creates 100% recycled textiles. Ever since she was a young girl\, her mother always incorporated many natural and holistic treatments as well as healthy eating and recently Lisette started exploring essential oils more deeply and it has had an amazingly positive effect on her life and the people close to her. \nAs a yoga and meditation expert\, and a wellness advocate\, Courtenay is passionate about sharing practical\, effective\, and natural approaches that empower people to care well for themselves and each other. She draws from her studies in Ayurveda to guide others towards holistic health solutions and specialises in supporting women to develop self-care practices to gracefully sustain the demands of daily life. In addition to offering regular classes\, workshops\, and private sessions\, Courtenay leads a growing team of essential oil enthusiasts who are embracing the opportunity to elevate and accelerate their wellness journey.\nLisette and Courtenay will be taking you into the amazing world of essential oils. We will explore what they are\, where they come from\, how you can use them on yourself\, your family and friends and in your home. We will be sharing some neat little tricks on how to mix them\, how you can incorporate them in your cooking and how you can use essential oils to keep you healthy in a natural way. \nIn our presentation “Essential Oils 101”\, we will discuss the do’s and don’ts of Essential Oils and we will go more in-depth about 6 basic oils. You will be able to smell\, taste and try them in various ways during the presentation. \nWe look forward to seeing you!

DESCRIPTION:The Navigli (Canal) area of Milan is full of quirky\, unusual and interesting shops\,\ncafés and restaurants. The Armani Silos host more than 40 years of fashion\nexhibits from Georgio Armani over four floors and through four different themes. \nWe will take the 8.42 TILO to Milan Central – buy your own ticket (currently CHF 24.80 return) and meet together on the platform. We will take the Metro to Porta Genova and walk to the Canal (Navigli) area to spend the morning and\nhave lunch (free choice\, nothing reserved…) We will meet again at Porta Genova at 1.45 then walk to Armani Silos for a 14.00 guided tour of the \nPermanent Collection in English.
